Rev. Windell Rodgers is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. He is married to the former Patricia Etheredge and is the father of three children, Baashila (Baash) son deceased, and daughters Wendi and Marcia. He is the grandfather to Nicholas and Nora and father-in-law to Nick Iszard.
Pastor Rodgers is a graduate of Dreher High School, Columbia, South Carolina. He is a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Viet-Nam era. He is a graduate of the Army Administration and Finance Schools. He received the Bachelor of Arts and the Master of Christian Ministry degrees from North Greenville University, Tigerville, South Carolina. He is expecting to receive the Doctor of Ministry Degree with emphasis on discipleship and evangelism in December 2022.
Pastor Rodgers is the Pastor of Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church. He has served on foreign missions trips to Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rico and Africa. Greater Mount Calvary serves in the Judson community as many of the conditions observed in foreign lands are present in Judson.
Pastor Rodgers presently resides in Pelzer (Greenville County), South Carolina. He enjoys gardening and tinkering around with classic cars. He loves the Lord and counts it all joy in telling others that our Redeemer lives.
